#mbta considering GPS-triggered audio ads on buses. Digital display ads would be a far wiser (and more serene) idea.

"Usefulness" seems to be synonym for a proper, well-integrated user experience process. "Usability" is just one tool in arsenal. #miniupa

Idea (probably not new): create product packaging that's designed for creative reuse (e.g. boxes that can be assembled into a structure)
